Like the pair from day 295, I believe these began their lives as bangles. Well, too bad. I don't wear bangles.
They certainly attracted quite a bit of comment today when I went to the Franschhoek Summer Wines festival at Leopard's Leap. Love that venue: absolutely gorgeous and they make some pretty darned delicious cocktails. We spent a wonderful day there, sampling wine, drinking cocktails and talking kak (as we do), and rounded off the day with some wine-soaking-up carbs at one of my favourite places: The Station pub.
