These are a fun pair. I got these from Santa for Christmas last year. Clearly, he knows my taste well. They're a little dangerous: I have to hold them away from my body when I sneeze so as not to pierce myself in the scapula, which my sister obviously finds highly amusing. But they're different and pretty distinctive so I like them a lot.
I think you might mean jugular, or perhaps clavicle? Scapula=shoulder blade...
